The Design Objective was to build a new Residence Hall and Student Services Building for housing and training blind and handicapped students. The design required special elements including maximized usage of natural lighting, bright colors, and textures to emphasize functional areas and to clearly define paths of circulation for normal, every day use as well as for safe, emergency egress.
