        Location: Louisville, Kentucky Client: Jewish Hospital Completed: 2005 Construction Cost: $60,000,000.00 Gross Area: 370,344 The project scope covers the construction of a comprehensive rehabilitation facility on a restricted urban site above an existing five-story rehab facility. The existing facility remained in use throughout the construction of the new structure. The new building was constructed by erecting towers on the north and south ends of the existing facility and then adding 10 new stories above the existing five without relying on any of the existing facility's structure for support. |
